How We Deliver Products
All Studio Inbox products are digital. Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with download instructions or access credentials.
For services (such as consulting or workshop enrollment), additional onboarding details will be sent to your email within 24 hours of purchase.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about whether a product or service is right for you, please reach out before checking out.
Exceptions: If you accidentally purchased the same digital product more than once, contact us within 7 days for resolution.
Workshop/Consulting Cancellations:
If you’ve booked a live service or consulting session, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a credit toward future services. No-shows are not eligible for credit.
